TAKING A VACATION DAY TO DO OTHER WORK

Today is a great day - beautiful weather, a paid vacation day (something I'm still enjoying getting used to after having been self employed for so long), and pay day! Somewhat unfortunately (but it's not bothering me too much) I have to spend a large part of the day doing work for my doctor's clinic and most of my pay will be eaten up by the bills I have to pay. Oh well; I still feel that one day I will be rich but perhaps that's an illusion. But then again perhaps everything is an illusion.

I'm still getting used to this blog - finding my "Vie en Rose" voice, as it were, so bear with me, the postings will become more frequent.

I'm off to do my clinic work, pay bills, organize, housework, phone calls etc - but as always I enjoy puttering around my domain keeping it in order and sometimes even improving it.

I'm at work and not exactly bored but tired - sleepy. This happens to all of us doing transcription in this room and we're not sure if it's because we bored with what we're doing or because there's something in the air that makes us sleepy. Anyway, I'm in quite a good mood because tomorrow I have a day off - of course I have to do Central Clinic work but it's better than doing it at night after work or early in the morning.

..AND I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO TRY AND FIGURE IT OUT. JUST ADD AN HOUR AND A HALF TO THE TIME ON EACH POST UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. - NO, NOW I THINK I'VE DONE IT.

New Terrorist Threat - Quoted in the Drudge Report

This "US Warns of (Terrorist) Threat to Financial Icons" from My Way News worries me. I think I will insist that the VER (vieenrose) daughter stay home from NYC. Of course I realized that she's an adult now and will make that decision for herself; however, I shall clearly state my concerns.

FIRST POST SIGH YAWN HELLO

This is my new blog. I was listening to a CD today with/by Tony Bennett and KD Lang and I liked the song Ma Vie En Rose and thot I'd name my public blog after it (the life in Rose - get it? ha ha).

Anyway, please read my blog and comment. Oh, I know there's nothing there now but give me time, give me time, I just came up with the idea today and already it's all set up. Now I just have to think of something to say!
